Our Human Resource System:

Our HR Systems covering the gamut of activities use a self-serve model, to reach out to everyone in the system. Processes like Recruitment and Selection, Competency Management, Resources & Skills Mapping, Performance Management, Training and Development etc are online. Resources Database is dynamic, in real time and maps the individual throughout his career growth in the company.

Access is available to Managers and Department Heads based on authority workflows to aid decision-making. Department Head and Managers play an active role in developing their people.
